1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SwiftLogistics services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
SwiftLogistics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Service Eligibility
To use SwiftLogistics services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Shipping Liability
SwiftLogistics acts as a logistics provider and carrier service. We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your shipments, including real-time tracking, secure packaging, and insurance coverage.
While we maintain the highest standards of care, SwiftLogistics liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the cost of shipping, whichever is greater, unless additional insurance is purchased.
Prohibited items including hazardous materials, perishables (without proper handling), and illegal goods are strictly forbidden and will result in shipment cancellation.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be completed before shipment processing. We accept:
- Credit and debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Express deposit through our funding partners
- Corporate accounts with approved credit terms
All fees are calculated after customs clearance and final delivery confirmation. Additional charges may apply for premium services, special handling, or delayed pickups.
5. Customs & Compliance
You agree to provide accurate and complete customs documentation. SwiftLogistics is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
Shipments are subject to customs examination and may incur import duties, taxes, and handling fees determined by destination country authorities. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all import/export regulations.
6. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall SwiftLogistics, its officers, or employees be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Loss of data or information
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
7. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage our services or harm other users, including fraud, harassment, sending prohibited items, or violating any applicable laws. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Both parties waive the right to jury trial.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by international commercial law and the laws of jurisdictions in which SwiftLogistics operates. You consent to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in any location where disputes arise.
